Remember when ebay would give you coupons?

So I just was on that site called Amazon and ordered some supply restocks - about 1 min later I got email from amazon who gave me $10 coupon for spending with small business on the platform to use on prime day (coming up)... remember in the past ebay would do this also if you bought quite a bit from the platform... haven't seen a coupon from ebay in like 2 years for making purchases... has anyone else?

Sellers now have the option to send coupons.  I looked at an item as a price reference last week and got an email with a $5 off coupon on it.

i got one coupon once - i don't remember ebay doing it for very long. it was nice while it lasted though.

not the same thing, ebay sending coupons to spend on the site to sellers sending coupons to spend on their inventory is completely different.
