Relisting

To my eBay experts out here in community land,

     I do not have automatic reliating turned on for auctions but, the other day one of my auctions ended & I witnessed it automatically relist!   I was looking at my my app on my phone when it happened.  I actually didn’t want to relist it  but I had no choice.  

Anybody have any idea why?

I  am not 100% sure, bit I think the default is 8 times an auction can be relisted?? Pretty sure this is set by eBay so you would have to go into the settings and untick the box rather than ticking it or end your auction just before it is set to relist.

Hopefully someone more experienced in auctions will be along shortly.......

One of my auctions just relisted but, this time I was able to end it without being warned about possibly being charged a final value fee.  As far as going into the settings I did & supposedly according to the setting that were set, the automatic relist was already turned off!  That's why it's confusing me as to why they're auto re-listing!

I can’t tell you why it relisted but if there are no bids you can end it without being charged final value fees.
