I have received a message from Ebay saying "suspicious buyer" and the listing was removed. The message said it was easy to relist it, but it is still shown as awaiting payment and I cannot relist it. When I try to make a new listing for it, ebay says I have reached my max as it is still counting these unpaid items that have been cancelled by EBay.
