Relisting frustrations

For the past few months, there were some listings that I made that I ended up having to relist after either the buyer didn't want the item.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Aeropostale-Graphic-Black-RN-121726-53201-Medium-Mens-Cotton-T-Shirt-AS-IS/...

The original buyer was out of state and picked "free local shipping", and after the buyer closed their account, I had to refund the money and relist it. That was one of the listings that I decided not to use local pickup anymore

The original buyer bought it overnight, and after the payment went through I printed out the label when I woke up, and then just a half hour later the buyer changed their mind and wanted to return the item. So it was a waste of time as I already packed up the item.

This was a recent one that happened, the original bought that along with another item, and the next minute wanted to cancel it.

I can understand if they changed their mind, but it upsets me a bit because two of those items had some watchers and I loose traction from those who are interested in buying them. So now I fear that those items won't be bought after loosing potential customers.

Relisting frustrations

When I have to relist due to non paying bidder which even if the request cancellation is what they are: I state in the description that it is relisted due to non paying bidder.

So far I have done well with relisted items.
