Relisting by ebay

For the last 2 weeks eBay has not relisted any of my items that I have set up for auction. They qualify, they are 7 day auction style listings for vinyl records. Spoke to about 7 eBay employees, no one knows how to fix it. They claim I should have a button on both the app and the website when I'm listing my items to choose relist by eBay. Does anybody know how to fix this?

I've noticed the same thing too (using a desktop.) I just got threw looking at the announcements and there was nothing stating that they were doing away with this option.  

 Now another thing I saw this past weekend were "shipping policies"?  I don't have the option of putting in the weight and pkg. size, I'm supposed to pick from a list of "policies"? They appear to be taken from ALL my listings, but how the heck do I figure which one is for 3 oz./ 8 oz. Priority, or flat rate Priority? The first words are First class.... or Priority  etc. It doesn't do me any good unless I can see the weights.

Change for the sake of change I guess
