Relist emails no longer being sent?

In the past few days I've noticed ebay is no longer selling Relist emails. I am receiving the item has ended emails, but no longer the ones that allow you to relist with one click with a lower price or easy pricing. 

Is anyone else noticing the emails not coming anymore? Is this a permenant change?

The "Relist" experiment seems to be over.....

Now I'm getting "You Item Sold" and "Sale Confirmed" messages. Since I'm using Fixed Price and almost all are paid for immediately the two messages come at the very same time. Sometimes the Sale Confirmed comes a few seconds BEFORE the "Your Item Sold".

there may be a reason for this...

remember that listings now have to comply with the new catalog data info.  all items that are being relisted should be evaluated for that info.  so, maybe ebay is trying to get us to look harder at each listing before re-listing it with just one click?  I dunno...but it's a possibility.
