When we had fixed duration FP listings and they had "errors" we couldn't relist until they were "fixed", but I notice that my 2 Lego variation listings renewed even though they had "errors" due to the ridiculous new IS in the Lego minifigures category.
My question now is, are these listings with errors being renewed but not being shown due to the unfixed errors? That seems a bit rude if so considering they're still charging me a renewal insertion fee. And how is a seller supposed to know they have errors?
The ONLY reason I knew these 2 listings had an issue is because I went to edit quantities. I have to wonder if they're now "hidden" as I've had zero sales from these 2 of my best selling listings since the change to category IS.
I REALLY don't want to have to delete the listings and restart from scratch as I lose my sales history and watchers but I will if I have to.
The other thing that peeves me (and that's putting it mildly) is that in a minifigures series "character" is the most obvious way they differ from each other (which is what it tells you to use as an attribute) and yet now it's "an invalid variation specific".
So wth am I supposed to use if I can't use "character"?
I have a bunch of new stock to list and I'm hitting a wall with this right now.
Why can't they leave stuff alone when they apparently don't understand the impact of their changes?
eta: A blue did say they were going to try to get this fixed and not to delete the listings until I heard back, but time is running short now to get these up for Halloween/Holidays.
