Tell them to open up a return request. Once they do that you can accept the return and send them a shipping label.

And once you do that, wait. If the buyer doesn't send the item back, then you are not required to refund. They have X amount of days to return, I forget how many.
No return, no refund. Period, the end. If it's good enough to keep it's good enough to pay for.

I did. thank you! They have into Aug 19 to send it back. If not I'll just let eBay cancel it like they're saying they would and won't refund it.

Go to your list of sold items. Find this particular sale. On the left where it would normally say "print label" notice that there is a drop down menu. Click the arrow and select "report buyer". Then click on "buyer demanded something that was not offered in my listing". Another drop down will appear and select "requested that I give them a partial refund" click that and a dialogue box will appear where you can describe the circumstances.
That gets it on the record. Then IGNORE the buyer. The ONLY response I would give is "If you are not happy with it feel free to return it for a refund".
THEN STOP COMMUNICATING and ad them to your blocked buyer list.

I want a refund.
I want steak dinner.
I want a foot rub.
What do you mean "What should i do?"
Tell them NO.
Tell them to start a return.
When you get the item back, they get a refund.
If they don't send the item back, no refund.

Return for a refund. Rinse and repeat as necessary. No return, no refund.

Does the buyer know that he needs to request a return?
PS: I noticed this on your profile page; it does not seem to me to be a good idea to have "payments through the app... etc." on your home page. It might be confusing, since eBay now manages all transactions. Maybe others have a different opinion.

What I meant by that is by eBay payment etc because I had two people try to buy an item {I sold it} outside of the app. I knew they were scammer and didn't except it.

Ebay doesn't actually "cancel" it. They would close the claim.
You have done what you need to do, now just wait. Do nothing else but wait. If the buyer leaves you bad feedback, it will get removed shortly have the Request closes for their non compliance.

You should remove it. The sooner the better.

Just curious, @Anonymous .
Is the item in question the "Louis Vuitton" shoes you sold? If that's the item the buyer is returning, I recommend you not relist them until you verify that they're authentic. I have doubts.
