I had a buyer win multiple buy-it-now auctions. I am combining shipping and want to refund part of his shipping cost. With PayPal, it was easy to do that. I'm not sure how to do that under the new system.

Seller Hub -> Orders - Find the order, dropdown on the left, refund link
When you get to that page enter the reason for refund and amount.
It's less clicks than doing it through PayPal.

Thanks. I just check Seller Hub -> Orders but there is nothing listed. ??? I had already purchased shipping and had combined three items in one order.

Never mind. I had to choose menu selection "Paid and Shipped". Works fine. Thanks for you help. 🙂
