Refunding Buyers When They Have The Item!

I Experience People Conning me all the Time! Not only do E-Bay Side with The Buyer - They Give them My Item - My Postage Costs And My Item and Allow them to Give Me Negative/Neutral Feedback when they Have Tracking. This has gone on Year after Year! Why Do I Still List? I am Disabled - cannot use a Printer - Only Royal Mail - I tried Vinted as I Sell Clothes and they wouldn't let me use Royal Mail or it was too Difficult! I was so Shocked on The Latest Item - it was an Expensive Item - she Gave Me Neutral Feedback - she said Royal Mail wanted another £3.60 to Deliver or they would Return To Me!  Impossible - I paid Tracked Next Day Delivery - how can they Return To Me Anyway Royal Mail have Her Address Not Mine! It said "Report Buyer" They have done Nothing or Removed Feedback - so Basically I Paid £7.50 Postage for GIVING Her A £20 Dress? I May as well Chuck 10 x £20 Notes A Year in THE WASTE BIN! - I AM REALLY SAD 😞

Don't understand part of your message, but do you not simply reply with the tracking # when a buyer claims item not received? 

As far as Royal Mail not having your address, wouldn't the return address be on the package when you sent it out?
