Hi. I sold an item but due to my working hours, I couldn’t post when buyer wanted so they asked for a refund.
And I refunded them.
even though it’s showing as order has been fully refunded in both ebay and PayPal, ebay is still showing the ‘Paid! Dispatch Now!’ Alert on the order details (but when I use the ‘dispatch now’ filter for ‘All Sold’, that order isn’t there).
My question is; Does it take ebay time to change the order details (so it stops telling me to dispatch)?
or Do I need to cancel the order through ebay..? But as the order has already been fully refunded, will I end up refunding the buyer twice..?
