eBay made me refund a customer because the post office did not deliver their package. I did try to help the buyer by contacting the post office for the buyer several times. The tracking shows that I did mail the package. What can I do about it?

If tracking shows that it was en route but then fell off the radar and has not been scanned again for at least 15 days, you can file a Missing Mail claim for up to $100 in reimbursement for Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipments (for example).

The USPS has been having a lot of issues relying on the automation sorting machines sending parcels to the correct shipping container 's with out having the Employes's doing double checking the address's .

You hired the Post Office to deliver your item to your buyer on your behalf.
While it many not be your fault that the package went missing, it is still your responsibility.
eBay says that your buyer deserve his package or a refund.
