Hello i have refund one item because byer didnt receive it.
I see at my account the ebay team dosent refund / reimbursement amount of my original item (price of product + price of shipping).When i sell i pay 10% of all this transaksion and now i didn't have payment refunded
What i do ??

Are you asking about your final value fee credit? Did you refund the buyer through the buyer's original payment transaction in your PayPal account? If you didn't and you cancel the transaction you will be refunding twice.
You need to actually cancel the transaction to get a final value fee credit:

Unless you ship items using a method that has tracking and proof of delivery, a buyer can claim they did not receive their item and open a dispute with ebay. They will win the dispute if you have no proof of delivery.

If you lost the dispute because there was no proof of shipping or delivery, you do not get a refund of the original price & shipping. The fees you paid to ebay are not refunded either. That is why you must ship using a method that provides proof of shipping acceptance and delivery. Since you are located in Albania, and probably sell mostly to European customers, you must provide tracking.
If you did ship using a tracking number, that should have been uploaded to the sale. On your sold item history is a button to upload a tracking number, and you should have added it. If you have proof of delivery, you will have to appeal the dispute decision, and provide the tracking information.

If the item is at large somewere just go ahead and refund. We would go ahead and block the buyer just incase. Best regards

No. Ebay won't acceopt that. You need online viewable tracking showing delivery.

Ebay doesn't cover your loss. If the item was lost then shipping, insurance would be your means of reimbursement. If you don't have online viewable tracking showing delivery then ebay doesn't cover your loss either and neither will insurance. Ebay only credits the 10% FVF.
