buyer agree to pay only 2 dollars shipping on his risk..

now he ask refund..

he even open case whit out text me at all..

what to do.??

What type of case did the buyer open?

Was it a "not as described" case? Or an item not received case?

If you sent it without tracking and he opened an item not received case I'm afraid there is very little you can do.

Seller protection against "Item Not Received" is only available if you have proper delivery confirmation that shows delivered.

If you shipped without proper delivery confirmation, you lost Seller Protection from an "Item Not Received" claim.

Unfortunately in these cases the risk was actually taken is you, not the buyer.
