Refund for positive account balance

I have a small positive account balance with eBay that I've had for years.  Every month they send me an invoice showing minus $10.42 due.  I will not be selling again on eBay.  How can I get this balance converted to a buyers cred or a refund?

Have you reached out to e-Bay to ask?

Click the Question mark on the payments tab in Seller Hub (upper right) and go to Chat.

Type in "Call Me" in the Chat box and they will.

Have you signed up for managed payments and given them a bank account to deposit money into?

Perhaps not. Hasn't sold anything for at least a year.

Is it possible, that you may have accidentally chosen to promote anything you have posted to sell on your account? I myself have clicked on the “promote” pop up by accident before, and was funded for it. I would definitely go a head and try chatting with eBay if this is still an issue. I was fortunately able to chat with one of the communicator online, and was connected to someone who was very understanding of the mishap. They were very helpful with finding a solution.
