Sold 5x baby one piece outfits. Buyer send message prior asking for discount. I said I would do combine s&h and do buy 4 get one free. I told her to buy it now but not pay until i send invoice. Buyer did buy it now on each listing for $19.99 + $8 S&h ($42 S&h total).
How do I go about issuing a refund for the combined s&h and $5 off each item to allocate for the buy 4 get one free discount?
When sending an invoice, you can't change the item prices; you can only change the shipping. So reduce the $42 shipping total by (1) $19.99 for the free item; and (2) whatever shipping discount you intend to provide.
