Re-listing

Anyone else have problems re-listing items? It started in December I couldn’t automatically re-list an item 3 times any longer. I did a chat and was told to log into seller hub and I could setup my items to list until sold. I did this and found out after running up a lot of listing fees that when it re-lists it counts as a new listing. It wasn’t ever like this. I called and was told it’s a glitch, but I’m not buying it. I’m still waiting to see if they credit the listing fees, so far nothing. I think it’s new policy not a glitch.

AFAIK the GTC auto relist is only available to save you the time of manually relisting, and if you have used your allocated number of free listings in one month, each GTC will attract a new fee (as it is infact being re-listed).
