How long? assuming the cancellation is completed, it's entirely up to you.

Can you explain the scam?

He was trying to get me to buy gift cards to ship with the items he wanted to buy which already equaled a big amount. Then wanted me to ship internationally saying he was in the army and it was a gift for his boss. But kept wanting to wait to pay.

You should report the buyer to eBay for making demands outside of what was offered in the listing.

When I cancelled the order I wrote saying he was a scammer and what he did. Is there somewhere else I need to go to to report him?
