I'm having a hard time with the various ebay reports. I've got a simple spreadsheet where I have recorded my purchase price, and now I want to record four things.
1. Date the item sold
2. The selling price
3. The total eBay fees
4. The cost of my actual mailing label (I usually offer free shipping and purchase postage through ebay).
You would think this would be easy but . . .
Under Seller Hub > Reports - I can generate and download a report with all my orders, but this does NOT include the cost of the shipping label.
Under Seller Hub > Performance - I can generate and download a report with the column "Shipping labels cost (Amount you paid to buy shipping labels on eBay)" but that report doesn't give me any DATE
Under Seller Hub > Payments > All Transactions - I can generate and download a report with my four things, but it lists ALL sorta other transactions, and the order (purchase) and (mailing label purchase) are two different transactions, on sometimes on two different dates, if I didn't ship the same date as it was purchased.
Again - I would have thought this most basic information would think this would be easy - am I missing something? . . . Is there yet ANOTHER place - method - to generate and download reports on Ebay? Suggestions?

This is the report I use when I am doing my taxes. It downloads as a CSV file which I change over to an EXCEL format so I can manipulate the data. Once I have it in EXCEL I create a couple of tabs, one holds the original data the others I manipulate generally starting with removing excess columns and then sorting the data on the particular column or columns. Once sorted I often take out excess lines.
EBay gives you all the data but no matter how they would provide it, it would not meet every sellers need for every occasion.
