No idea what you are trying to say, @mollybeannn but you would accept the return and refund the buyer in full when you get it back
If it is a counterfeit item, as others are pointing out, you may as well refund the buyer and let them keep it, since you cannot sell counterfeit items on Ebay

So what exactly do you mean by " obviously this is r3p$ only." it's not very obvious whatever you made up there.

what is reps 1:1 only
and what is:
obviously this is r3p$ only.
Should you accept the return?
Depends upon the reason for the request.
If an INAD claim was opened............. it is in your best interest to accept and refund, or just refund without return.

I'm thinking it's some kinda childrens slang for a knockoff to evade counterfeit detection from what i've just gathered.

Your listing advertised that the item is a high quality counterfeit.
You'd better take the return and stop selling counterfeit items or your account will be at risk.

Since you aren't participating in the thread you started or answering questions that posters have presented to you, it makes it extremely difficult to properly advise you.
NEVER ASSUME anything on Ebay. Whether it is about how to process something or the knowledge level of a buyer regarding the product being sold. When you aren't descriptive enough, it causes issues like you are having with this transaction.
Since the buyer has or wants to file a REquest for Return, they should and you should accept the return and issue a return shipping label BEFORE ebay steps in and forces you. That you do not want.
Once you get the item back, then refund your buyer in full. But get busy and accept that Return Request before your time is up and the buyer asks Ebay to step in.

Looks like she came back and marked my reply "Best Answer"? But why not contribute to the discussion?

I certainly don't know. I think some come here and want us to help them. Spend our time explaining things to them so they don't have to look up the policies. So they get the info they want and move on , with no thank you or anything that we were able to help them.
