I'VE BEEN A SELLER ON EBAY FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I'M SO DISGUSTED WITH EBAYS SELLER SUPPORT. I KEEP REQUESTING A CALL BACK, I WAIT BY THE PHONE THEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY TRIED TO REACH ME.
i HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM MANY TIMES ON THE SAME PHONE NUMBER. SO I KNOW SAYING THEY CAN'T REACH ME IS **bleep**. THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO ASK MY QUESTION. I HAVE STOPPED LISTING THINGS AS WELL AS EXCEPTING ANY OFFERS UNTIL THE MATTER IS CLEARED UP. DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? HELP

We're not eBay, so please turn off your cap lock, type normal size and stop yelling at us. Maybe if you tell us what the issue is, one of the buyers and sellers that post here can help. Without more information, no one here can offer any suggestions.

@artfinderusa I have had that happen to me - once because I called while our automated phone system was still set to go right to a menu (it was before 8 a.m.) and the other was because I had my cell phone set to go right to voicemail. I hope this helps.

I had to step 4 ft back from my monitor/desk to read that. lol
Have you tried reaching out to e-Bay on social media? Can be very helpful.

You're aware of this, I'm sure, but just wanted to remind you: A lot of the issues that eBay members might be having can be resolved without speaking with CS and sometimes it's better that way.
We have no idea what kind of help you need, but maybe some of the experienced buyers and sellers here can offer help or advice if you will just return here and give the details.
Barring that, try contact through Facebook.
