HELLO I SENT A CARD TO A CUSTOMER TRACKING SHOWS IT NEVER ARRIVED ITS VALUE IS UNDER $20 . SOMEBODY MENTIONED ITS COVERED UNDER SOME EBAY POLICY. I REFUNDED THE CUSTOMER .PLEASE ADVISE IF POSSIBLE MIKE

Only if the item was insured.  Did you ship it through eBay's shipping ?

Did you mail the card using the eBay Standard Envelope?

 

If so, you are covered for losses up to $20.00.

 

But -- if you did NOT use the eBay Standard Envelope, you are NOT covered.

 

So -- how was the card mailed?
