I was going a wee bit to fast on printing shipping labels this morning and noticed I purchased two labels for the same buyer. As well as I purchased a label that was the incorrect weight. It says to go shipping labels and track and manage your shipments to void a label. However when I click on the drop down actions arrow I only see three options 1.) Reprint label 2.) Print another Label and 3.) Print Packaging slip.
It is my fault I purchased the wrong labels and if I just have to eat the costs that is fine but seems like there is supposed to be a way to void them so would like to if I can. Maybe because they are ebay standard envelope labels I can't cancel them? Any help would be appreciated...Thanks so much!

LABEL CHARGES
Charges for labels will be as set out in your order. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is printed.

Go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABEL (void label).

Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels
Find the label and use the drop-down 'Actions' menu (to the left) to Void the label. It takes a couple of weeks for a credit.

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that the special eBay "standard" envelopes (for trading cards and such) cannot be voided. Sorry I don't have a link.
