We have raised some questions about the new Marketing program being introduced in June. Mainly we wanted to know if
which is the current program in which you pay fees that the seller has set only if a buyer actually buys an item will be counted as opting in the new program. We do not want to opt into the new program as we do not want eBay or any 3rd party to have the ability to make changes to our listings. We got the reply you see below from eBay. Lets hope we get some clarity as we have less than a month to make changes to the current program if indeed all current promotional programs will be placed under the new Marketing plans.

Hello xxx,
I've raised with my supervisor your questions about the new eBay Marketing Program Terms. She and I agree that they deserve clear answers. So she is escalating the matter to the appropriate teams to get clarifications on those.
Once I hear back from her, I will follow up with you. Thank you for your patience while we pursue this.
