I run two power-seller stores on Ebay. I put both on vacation setting for one day when the Nor Easter blew through here and dumped a huge pile of snow on us. I put them both back on today. The smaller one (181 listings) never had its listings disappear. People could watch these items or even add them to their cart, and that message was shown. They could cart but not purchase. My larger store, the listings all disappeared. Nobody could see to watch or cart. And this happened before last August when I went on vacation. Same thing. Nobody could look, they're all gone. Now several hours ago, I put both stores back on line for purchasing. The smaller store, all the listings are available to buy immediately afterwards. Because they never did disappear. My larger store, only 29 listings appear out of over 1000. Hours later it's like this. Two questions: why did they disappear and what is taking so long to bring them back?
