If you always provide free shipping, how can a DSR get dinged? Just curious. I thought it was filled in automatically.....

Thank you for answering my question, I thought it was automatic. I sure don't remember every charging shipping but then again, half the time I don't remember what I had for breakfast...... Live and learn.

Hi, @Anonymous.

It shows that you have 4.9/5 stars for shipping and handling charges. There must have been something you did not do free shipping on. Maybe an intl. order?

You are right - it should always fill it in with 5 stars for free shipping.
