Question: how to sell multiple items on a single post

I would like to sell a magazine collection issue by issue. I see that some people sell collections like this as a single post where I am able to choose which of many items I would like to buy. I cannot figure out how to do this on my own posts? How do I access this function?

Here is an example of a post that does this:

That is called a Variation Listing.

With a Variation Listing it is almost unlimited how many items you can list and it only counts as one Listing, Free or Paid For.

See listings below.  It is 283 Items with probably over 1000 pictures, but only counts as 7 Listings.

With Variation Listing they are not allowed in every category, so I do not know if you can do it for Magazines.

Just start you listing and if the Variations Listings are available for you items it will show up just after Category, see bottom screen shot.

If it is not available see if there is a different Category you could list your items in that it may be available.

It takes a little bit of learning.  Search for YouTube Videos and you can learn how to do it fairly quickly.

Hi, below is a link to eBay’s Help page on variation listings. This should help you to set it up. Good luck!

Be careful of this one, it can get you in trouble.  I knew about it but never seen it in policy until recently.  If you do not update you listing correctly it will repopulate the items you thought you physically deleted.  When you edit the listing you have to save it because you removed or added some variations but then you have to also save the listing again or the changes to the variations will not stay.

@stephenmorgan     Pick and chose listings of the types you are showing is supposed to be against the rules as per the User Agreement. Hot Wheels cars are all different and only color variations are able to be used in those sorts. The rules clearly state you can not offer those sorts. It is actually listed as a violation of the rules by using the variations option to by-pass paying fees for each item. There is even a option to report listings that do that under Listing Practices, and then avoiding eBay Fees, then offering choices. Doing so can get your funds held, and your account closed.
