Did you accept the return? If you didn't accept the return the buyer more than likely asked eBay to step in. When eBay steps in they refund the buyer with your funds, let the buyer keep the item you don't receive a credit for fvf.
The solution would be to accept returns, issue the return label issue receive the item back then refund yourself. Then you will be credited your fvf.

If a buyer files an item not described return you have two choices - refund the item or accept the return and then refund. If you respond to the claim and do refund the buyer, ebay will refund your fees through the refund. If you don't respond to the claim with either choice and the buyer asks ebay to step in, ebay will force the refund and keep their fees.

Looking at some of your listings I can see whay eBay did the return. You have No Returns in you listings but that does not mean no refunds. If a Buyer asked you for a return and you turned them down or did not give a refund eBay will step in.

If Ebay gets involved, they usually keep their fee's.
