Hi guys!! I'm fairly new here so I'm a little bit paranoid. I sold 1000$ of items to a buyer on UK, that has more than 600 votes, 100%. Still, is there some way that she could, on delivery, say that the product is broken, or empty or things like that, make me refund the money, keep both, and not having her reputations touched.
It seems unlikely, the buyer seems nice (and +600 votes back it up) but I can't be 100% sure.
Let me know.

I don't see a $1K item sold, but I'd be scared to death to sell one here. Buyers can always say and do things to take your item from you for free... no matter what the item's value. Good luck and go into this sale with eyes wide open.

ADDING Signature Delivery protects you from a not received claim but nothing protects you from a lying buyer claiming they received the wrong item or no item. Buyer feedback is meaningless because sellers can only leave a positive rating or no rating.
The best rule of thumb is don't sell something here you're not willing to lose.

Any buyer on ebay can scam you just the same. feedback does not make any difference.

Any buyer who pays with any reversible form of payment (Paypal and credit or debit cards) on any internet website can steal any item from any seller at any time just by clicking the right buttons.

But wouldn't that put a stain on their reputation?

For what I'm seeing, this is the wild west XD.

I only see a $220 and I would not be surprised, given your very low seller feedback rating, if you get scammed on that sale. New sellers should not be selling expensive computer parts as both such items and new inexperienced sellers are often targets of scammers.

YES!!

...well...not all buyers are scammers and, not all sellers are honest either...
...buyers leave (-) FB that sometimes sellers can ask eBay to remove but...sellers leaves (+) FB with nasty comment that buyers have no solution to wash away them...
...moral and manner...must...!!!

Sellers can not leave anything but a positive feedback for a buyer, so no, it would not hurt their reputation.
Sellers can report buyers for misuse of the MBG, but as to actual ''dings'' on their feedback to warn other seller, nothing.

Thank you so much for the feedback guys!! Fortunately, I've been investigating the buyer, and with its name and address, I found its facebook and a Linkedn profile, and for what I see, seems unlikely it would try to scam me XD.

Good luck with it all, remember the members who come here are the ones who have had problems, so reading it all can be scary when in reality the majority of buers/sellers are honest.
I have sold here for 15 years and have yet to be scammed.

Thx man, you calmed me down a little bit XD.

Shipping from UK is so expensive first of all, returns from UK at your expense will be high.
I fine UK people more honest than USA people from my own sales experiences as a USA person selling.
Never had a problem with buyers from there. Lots of problems in my own country.
I think you will be OK.
But always read the buyers feedback very carefully. 100 % feedback means nothing. I check what people leave and buyers and sellers.
