We have not been selling along time on EBay and I haven’t really paid close enough attention until the last item I sold. It was for $379.99 and I end up with $271. Something is not right.
I understand the $53 for the selling fees but I do not understand the $45 charge at the end. What is that for? Thanks

When you listed the item YOU selected the Option to use Promotions, probably you used the default rate that eBay SUGGESTED.
You don't need to use the eBay suggested rate or even use Promoted Listings at all.
Without knowing what the item was I can't say whether promoting was a good idea or a waste of money.

Looks like you promoted the listing, and eBay is taking its fee for the promotion. When setting up the listing, did you check on any box for promotional listing?
