Buyer claims I shorted them and opened a dispute asking for a return. Used "The item doesn't match the description in your listing"
I authorized the return and have heard nothing since. The return was authorized June 3rd.
I have not been given tracking from ebay, and there has been no charge to my account for a label.
It shows "Buyer contacted customer support. Awaiting response."
I have received nothing back.
Shouldn't there have been some kind of update?

Whenever you see this @jason_incognito it's likely your buyer claimed that the return label that you had eBay issue is unusable when your buyer contacted eBay to escalate the request into a case.
If so, you won't be able to close the return for the not-shipped-in-5-business-days reason, and you will be told to either manually send a return label or cash, otherwise eBay will force the refund without return.
