Question about Veg-o-matic device I sourced

After I bought the veg-o-matic, I noticed it was supposed to have 3 blades with it.  This one has NO blades.  Would you sell the device alone?  Or would you redonate it?

I know they do but I feel guilty sending out a $10 item that costs as much or more in shipping.

I'm very confused.  I thought you bought it on eBay.  Doesn't  matter where the Seller bought it.  Guess it's over my head!
