Quantity sold not showing up...

So, if I completely run out of product, I will "relist" my offer under my "all orders" section after I restock. Once relisted, it should say "x available / x sold", but the sold data is missing. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using the Out Of Stock option?

If not then when your listing sells the last one it ends, it's over, it's done. When you relist you are creating a new listing and have lost any history associated with the previous listing.

If you are using the out of stock option the listing does not end, your REVISE the quantity available and the history is maintained.

When a listing ends @goldstaroffers the sales history goes with it. Relist function creates a new listing with a new stock of inventory.

If you want to keep listings alive you'll need to use the out of stock feature.

Thanks man! One last thing... Will using this option preserve my offer item number (https://www.ebay.com/itm/303969591247)? If not, my listing will be removed from Google and the search engines, and my search engine rank will have to start over with a new URL.

Because the listing is currently active it will stay active if you use the OOS setting mentioned above.

Yes it will!

I see that on that listing you have frequently revised the quantity available BEFORE it has gone to zero. Doing that will work but as you have found if it goes to zero then the history is gone along with the URL.

You can continue to do that (revise before zero) but if you turn on the Out Of Stock option it won't matter if you miss. The zero Quantity listing will remain in your Active list for 6 full listing cycles before eBay will end it, you can revise the quantity available at any time to reactivate it to be available for sale.

With OOS turned on just sort your active listings by Quantity and that will group all your OOS together and you can pick and choose which ones you want to restock.
