QR code option is missing

Has anyone else had issues this week or last week accessing QR code print option for shipping out items? . It has not been showing up as an option the last two times I have purchased a label.  Any idea what I am doing wrong. Or has this feature been removed? @Ebay

It is now September and it generated 2 days ago now the option is gone entirely. Ebay doesn't help much they give the run around with customer service.
