I was helping my elderly cousin, who was trying to get a charger for her Shark "electric broom." I searched eBay (as is my normal plan of attack) and found one that was supposed to match. It was from a company called Tudy Vacuums. When the item was received, we found it would not work for us. When I again went to your website (again, using her computer), there was no record of any purchase. Upon contacting Tidy Vacuums, they said: "It is showing that this order came through Amazon, with order number 111-6391548-1013826."
There is no way I made this purchase through Amazon. I'm wondering if this Seller pays less selling through Amazon than through eBay and uses your website for increased "exposure." They could be doing this for everythhing they sell... they had a wide array of items in their "Store."
I'm at home and I tried to use the "Contact Us" format, but it only wanted to include the items I actually bought. I couldn't find a way to create this type of message.
I hope someone can assist me in this issue.
Thank you.

This is the second time I have heard of that on the boards. Apparently it seems that people are selling on eBay, but shipping through Amazon, where they are also selling. Hopefully someone on here gave give you more information.

It is called drop shipping and allowed on ebay.

@mrschpot If the seller or the listing has been removed by eBay, the transaction details will be removed from your purchase history ~ but I am confused ~ which ID did you use to actually make the purchse ~ yours or your moms? The details will only show up for the purchasing ID ~ so, using the correct ID, try the following:

But the purchase history should not disappear.

As the purchase was for my cousin (and we were doing the transaction from her computer), we used all her information.

@mrschpot Sorry, I said "mom" when I should have said "cousin". You will have to have your cousin sign in using her password to get the correct information. Purchase History items will be removed when a seller or a listing has been removed by eBay, even if they have already been paid for and shipped, as was the case with your transaction.
Have you tried the two options I outlined in my above post using your cousins computer and her password?

Hi Hidy-hoo,
Yes I should have mentioned this as well.
Sometimes ebay allows existing orders to be processed and completed without canceling them but if the seller is removed then those orders do disappear from the ebay side of it.
The transaction should still be able to be found over at the paypal account used to pay for the item.
