I have been trying to list non prescription allergy relief preparation and have been receiving uneven treatment. In May, I listed it, it was pulled. I challenged it and was told to relist it. Then it was pulled again. Each time the threats of being sanctioned and/or lose privileges. It is because the package says "same as Prescription strength" which does not mean it is an item that required a RX. I asked what about the 20 or so other sellers that had the same formula or item listed. I was told it was being worked on and those items would be culled.
I checked last week after giving them time to remove these items and the same products were still there. I called and asked what would I have to do. I was told I had to meet certain requirements which was being put in an email and sent to me. Guess what. A week goes by and no email. I called again and nobody knew what I was talking about. Then they have a person who would discuss my item and he tells me it is not able to be listed because it appears to be an RX . So now I am back to square one and asked why the other listings are allowed and I get the same response which i received before. This is bureaucracy at its best. Does anybody have a similar issue? Are these monitored to find issues that sellers cant get corrected with customer service? Maybe I can get some kindrid spirit or mm
