We have had several lying and dishonest customers in the last few months and you can read where they tell us they just didnt like the part or ordered by mistake and want a refund. We do not give refunds or accept returns unless the part is bad, which every part we ship out is shop tested and working. But between ebay and paypal,we dont stand a chance and are getting screwed by customers and them too!!! I am looking into a different method of payment for my busniess for customers to pay and I am going to add 20% restocking fee plus customer pays shipping to return. I am sick of being abused by paypal. These dishonest customers will tell us in the messages we write back and forth that it was their mistake but paypal stills sides with them no matter what!! Sick of it!!!

Paypal is going to be suffer after ebay will launch Adyen, amazon is taking customer side , paypal started same thing, ebay is still better platform, lower is better than worse, there are some policies on ebay those policies are only on pages but actually no implementation.
Why would PP suffer? Ebay has ALREADY launched MP using Adyen. But Ebay is still under contract with PP which is why we have a year or two before this will be mandatory for everyone. I'd bet that PP will be happy to be out from under the contract with PP as there are restrictions for PP in that contract. So PP will then have the freedom to court any other site or company they choose. They currently do not have that freedom.

I just started reselling on ebay. I made sure to put no returns. I had A customer get A steal on A lego set she claims it was missing pieces it was not. Ebay made me refund her all the money and I dont even have my item back! Im really upset. So I wonder even if you add restocking fee and pay return shipping it prob wont matter! what about our rights?

I block people who ask questions already answered in the listing yccomo
That may be a little too stern but of course only you know what the best method is for your business . One time as a newbie to e bay I contacted a seller to ask a question that was already clearly answered in the listing . The seller was polite when they pointed this out which left me a little red faced . I just missed it somehow but I didn't mean to bother the seller . In fact I think I made the purchase if memory serves me . Tulips

A no return policy does not protect you from having to refund a buyer. A no return policy simply means you don't want the item back. All sellers have to have a return policy that meets or exceeds the Money Back Guarantee. So if a buyer files an INAD for any reason at all, a seller with a no return policy can refuse to take the return, but then all the buyer has to do is ask Ebay to step in and they will get a refund. Ebay has the power to do that and NOT require the buyer to return the item to you, so be very careful.
The only advantage of a No Return policy is you CAN refuse a properly filed Buyer's Remorse return request if you want to.
