Prospecting buyer stated my markdown is not working

it has been a sad two weeks with very low sale, I received a message from a prospecting buyer that stated she will like to buy this and that but the system wont let her 

she is not in my blocking list , so what happen? why buyer cannot buying? anyone ? wonder what happening I hardly made the money for my premium store this month actually I am at lost at moment 

people are asking me free shipping priority mail? how can I make a profit sale like this? my price are competitive and low , I am not lower my price again, my store if full, my 500 auction listing per month is a total waist of my time , only 1 items out of 500 sells per month I prefer have 1500 fixed price listing, plus there is more every two month I have to relist the item of GTC because they get buried lot of hours of work with no pay.

You might check to see if your buyer requirement settings are blocking them.

As for the whole pricing and shipping thing do what works best for you. It is not worth playing the lowball game IMO. If your product is good and your price it right just wait it out till you get the right buyer.

This potential buyer is probably not meeting a standard for one of the settings you have setup to protect yourself. That means the system is working as it should. Reply politely to the buyer that you don't know what the problem is and are unable to fix the "problem", but that there are probably many similar items listed if they continue their search, and wish them luck with it.

     Low sales are bad enough and stressful, no need to aggravate the situation with bad buyers. The closer we get to Christmas, the more problems you will find with stressed out potential buyers who have waited until the last minute to actually purchase something and then expect you to make the world a better place for their $5 purchase.

     Sorry for my poor outlook, but, it's my reality at this time of the year. Another few days and I will probably cancel any of my items that are remotely related to Christmas only sales.
