When does the sale have to occur for promotions such as the current 25% off FVF for Collectible listings? Does the sale have to happen within the 5 day promotion period or at any time before that listing ends?

" What is the Promotion?
Invited sellers (“Sellers”) who activate the offer, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, list in the Collectibles category (1) in the auction-style, auction-style with the Buy It Now feature added, or fixed price formats (including Good ‘Til Cancelled listings), with any listing duration, during the Promotion Period, will receive a 25% discount on final value fees (collectively referred to as "Promotion") for the first 5 sold items."

Usually unless specifically stated "must be listed AND sold by" the promos are good for the duration of the listing.

@linksstyle, generally they set a timeframe when your listing must be activated but the item does not have to sell during that same timeframe.

If you have a promotion that says list between September 14th-16th, then anything listed during those days (and after the promotion is activated) will be eligible. The listing must sell before it expires, or in the case of a Good 'Til Cancelled listing it must sell within the first 30 days. It does not have to sell within September 14th-16th, just listed during that time while the promotion is activated.

The copy you provided doesn't state the sell-by terms of your promotion, but since it includes all listing types including GTC the timeframe is probably a list-by window. If you want to post a link to the full terms we can check.
