Promoted listings can’t be bulk edited

I was wondering if anyone is having this issue? I tried editing my promoter listings in bulk and nothing changes.

Editing them in what way?  I edited mine yesterday.  Worked fine.

I'm having the same trouble today. I've done it a bunch of times in the past with no problem, so I am guessing glitch. Also, usually when I end and relist a bunch of stuff to get more views, the promo automatically relists but today it didn't, thus my need to bulk edit. Soooo it's a technical glitch. ugh.
