If I have listing on paid promotion e.g. suggested 10% rate, I understand if buyer clicks on it, I pay the promotion fee regardless whether I disable the promo or change the rate within 30 days since the buyer clicked on the promo. Correct?
If buyer didn't click on the promoted listing, but clicked on normal listing in the search, then I do not pay the promotion fee, since it wasn't promoted listing. Correct?
