Promoted Listings Campaign - Want to get noticed on Ebay? What the heck?

So now I'm getting emails from Ebay.  "Want to get noticed on Ebay?"  Why don't you just say that paying  13% or more on FVF and Shipping fees aren't enough if you want to be successful.  We only want people to be successful that allow us to gouge them for more.  It's not enough they have a monopoly and make you use paypal for which they charge you another 3%.  What a crock!  If you want us to help promote your items we will charge you another 3% for promoting it, but we will only help a little.  If you really want our help, we will charge you another 20%.  We want you to be successful but only if we get more than half of your profit (I don't get my items free).  I don't care if it comes from China, if a good competitor comes up, I'm baling on eBay.  They are no longer a friend to the seller.  I've started doing a lot more local selling.

You have quite an eclectic mix of items and your prices are a bit high.  I dont think exposure or visibility are your problems.  They do come up in searches but others are in better condition and lower priced so you lose out.

Funny How its right when my sales are so low (1 sale in 2 weeks $7)..Does make ya wonder..I see nothing wrong with your prices, Your listing look fine to me...And before anyone says I should lower my prices or change what i am selling , Its a slow time of year **bleep**..I am a power seller have been for years, I know how to sell and have been up till 2 weeks ago..... What it is ? Ebay is not showing my listing in hopes I will pay to Promote  them so they can make even more money off me...   And even though I have had 1 sell in  2 weeks I am still shopping and buying on Ebay ...... GREED is the answer and it will one day be their down fall......
