Promoted Listing Credit ? How do you use ?

Very good question.

I got a message from ebay about the Promoted Listing Credit,

& I was wondering how that works too.

Hopefully someone will come along that knows.

I also can't seem to find a way to access it except through the message they sent me.

Did you get your email advising you have the credit ?
I got an email for a $30.00 credit  for TRS
Anchor store gets $25.00 Plus another $30.00 if TRS so $55.00

You need to go to the below link & read up because you need to set ad rates.
Once you set up your rates and it is a promoted listing that someone makes a purchase from then your billed the % of the rate you picked.
Then when ebay invoices you there should be a credit  taking away from say my $30.00 , so you work down the credit over the quarter .

Just know that if the promoted listing item sells, ebay charges you the designated percentage immediately. You won't receive the actual 'credit' of the amount back until the NEXT invoice! Basically your fronting the monies. EBay neglects to make this clear.

i.e. I sell a promoted listing item in October. The extra fee (above normal fvf) for that sale will show on my October invoice received in early November which you must pay. You won't see the credit for any monies you qualify for refunded back to you until the November invoice received in early December. So even if you have a $25 available credit and the promoted listing fee is less than that, you still have to pay in advance. It's kind of misleading!
