Product Listing is not showing in active listings

Hello

I have uploaded one single product through the file exchange some days before. The result is successful. As ebay said it will show after 24 hours in my listings.But now almost a week is gone but i am not able see my listing anywhere in the active listings or somewhere else in my account.

Please help me in this matter

I looked in your new, completed, and sold and can't find it.  I'm surprised you waited a week.  Obviously for some reason this listing wasn't able to become live or disappeared.  Why not just relist it?

If it didn't upload, try it again or just make a listing on Ebay.

So after relist i have to wait again for 24 hours?Because we have to list it through the file exchange.

And one more thing if i list it again through file upload what is the grantee that the product will list this time??

please can you elaborate on this point because i can not wait more.

I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties with your listing.  I searched using the title you quoted and also did an advance search using just your seller ID, I can not see your item.

If you do not see the item in your active listings (maybe even check drafts) , you may want to try to upload the item again.

I'm not understanding what you mean that you have to list through the file exchange?  Is that a different way to list?

It means to list the products with csv file.

Try posting on the tools and app board. They deal with file exchange issues over there. ^^^
