Looks like those Sony Playstation controllers were replicas and not authentic.  That may be part of the problem.

You can not require the buyer to pay you through Paypal. You are not allowed to receive/ accept money that way.

Did it have anything to with dropshipping from other retail web sites, which isn't allowed.

That program you use, that's what it does.

Have A Great Day.

Has eBay ever suggested to you that your avatar looks like part of their logo?

Why could you be restricted?

Pick one.

You can't require a specific payment. You must allow all forms of accepted payments.

You sold counterfeit controllers.

You didn't get eBay's permission to use their logo for your profile picture.

Hi Ivan, sorry to hear about your troubles. It is doubtful you were restricted from selling simply because you refunded someone. It is more likely because you were selling a generic gaming controller as a brand name in your titles. Have you misstated the location of your items? Are you located overseas?

The usage of the word "Regards" as part of the closing and the plural/singular errors suggests they learned English in a country that isn't a native English speaking country at a bare minimum.

Weird, I use "Regards" as a closing & I AM a native English Speaker.   I don't make plural/singular errors, but I know a LOT of Americans who do.  Mainly from the South.   It almost seems like they were taught that way.

Regardless, OP *may* be from another country, but I don't think either of those reasons would indicate that.   But OP, we are not Ebay & no one here can help you get your account reinstated.  You would have to contact Ebay directly.  This is just a member board where members help each other.  I doubt they will reinstate it though.

Not exactly.

The buyer is allowed to pay with Paypal. Or by some credit cards, ApplePay or GooglePay.

The seller cannot use Paypal to process payment. The new Managed Payments system replaces Paypal.

The salutation "Hello" and signoff "Regards" are normal English usage, but would not be used in an email. Not an odd thing at all.

I'm not sure what the numbers are in the USA, but over 28% of Canadians were not born in our country, including me and DH.  My first language (Doric Scots) is not necessarily regarded as an English dialect.
