Problems with my account and just getting form answers from customer service

For some reason starting April 1, things that were being relisted for a few times started coming out of my free insertions.  Tried contacting customer service and after about 5 emails and different emails back and forth found 1 who understood She wrote me "Thank you for contacting eBay customer support. Your auction listings can automatically renew up to 2-8 times for free if this option is set up inside the listing form itself when created, so these relistings should not be counting out of your free insertions each month.   Do you have a specific item number we could look at as an example?" but she handed me off to a tech to fix and right back to square one.  This morning I was sent this by a different rep that contradicts what the other said "I understand that you are under the impression that if an auction item relisted automatically for 2-8 times it is for free. That is actually partly correct. Yes, it is free as long as there enough free listing allowances left on the account. The listing will be taken out automatically on the free listing allowances but if there's no FREE listing allowances that's the time that eBay will charge the seller for a listing fee."  Am I the only one or are others experiencing and finding no help from customer service?

Are the listings coming out of of your 50 free listings or from a 'free listing' promotion that you recently activated?  There have been posts about the free listing promotions being used up by the 'free' auction relists but I'm not sure why that happens.

that is exactly it. One rep told me that's not supposed to happened and the other is telling me it's my fault because I checked a non existent box

Yes, its absolutely happening.  I have an account with a total of 190 listings.  It has already used 400 listings this month.  It is only because the "Automatically relisted items won't be charged insertion or optional listing upgrade fees. Final value fees still apply." box is checked on those items and they are set to renew up to 8 times.  No phone support.  What about that?  Everyone else is able to work and provide phone support, so I don't understand why phone support is not available.  Seller site is no help either.
