I am having a problem with a seller who supplied me with a product that needs replacement parts. I reported them to eBay in the usual way, and got a response from them asking me to close the case, which I foolishly did, as they had “another solution” for me, I never got to know what this was and had to chase them up and got a response two weeks later.
They said that the part was now available, but to my disappointment it was not the right part. I sent them a email with attached pictures of the part required but again no response. Can I complain to eBay again and if so how.

Not once you close a case. You only get one. If you paid by paypal, you can file an item not as described with them. You do have to pay it's return with them however. If you paid by credit card, call your card company. Most offer a protection plan of their own.

You closed the case, unfortunately you're stuck. Learn from your mistake.
The only recourse you have now is leaving them a negative feedback.
Sorry this happened to you.
Good luck and stay safe!
