Have a buyer from Puerto Rico who made a purchase from me, but I am having issues trying to print the shipping label. As far as I am concerned, Puerto Rico as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands are U.S. TERRITORIES. So, no issues with shipping there. However, I get this error message at the top that says "There is a problem with the ship to address. Please amend." and so forth. I go to edit the buyer's address and apparently, it says to only use 40 characters. I asked the buyer if he could "shorten" the address, but he said that that is his address. I am not sure what to do.
I tried to print the label, but again, I get an error message.

Yes t o the Address 1/Address 2 suggestion
Google the address to see if there is any part that you could logically remove.
Print the label-- then using a pen WRITE the rest of the address on the parcel.
I have even written the corrected entire address on the other side of the parcel.
Letter carriers are literate.
If you can get the parcel to the postal station, the carrier can deliver it from there.

Thank you. I have tried this and it works. I will also write the address on the parcel as to avoid confusion.
