I am, for the first time, trying to create a listing offering buyers a choice of 5 sizes of an item. I have managed to navigate the variations section, enter all the different sizes, the number I have of each, etc. I have a total of 17 items - (3 of one size, 2 each of two sizes, 5 each of two sizes). As I am working in the listing, it reflects 17 items available but when I post, it shows 2 items available.
I have tried using the classic listing interface, the Seller Hub, reordering the items, revising the listing - nothing works. No matter what I do, the posted listing reflects 2 items available.
This is especially troublesome because I want to offer discounts for purchasing multiple items. However, since it thinks I only have two available, only the price per item for purchases of 1 or 2 items appear. The discount for 3 is grayed out and 4 or more doesn't even appear.
I have worked on this for a few hours now and I am out of ideas. Any advice is very much appreciated.
