Problem returning item to seller

I bought a shirt that’s too small and want to return it. The seller accepts returns, however, now they are refusing to provide an accurate address. It says on the package they are from NY, but they keep giving me an address in Indonesia. I want to forget the whole thing and let them keep the money, but now I see that they left a positive feedback on my behalf. I didn’t even know they could do that.

When you're stuck @aguil059 because the seller does not provide a usable return address, send a private message with your name, email, and zip code to eBay at Facebook or Twitter and point out the problem with the return address:

Isn’t there already a return address on the return postage that eBay generates for you when you file the return?

What ever address is listed in ebay is where it needs ti be returned to not their factory. When you did the return request did ebay give you a pre paid label to return. Any returns ebay will give you a prepaid return label so the item can get returned.
